Welcome to Grantify.ae (“Grantify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and related services (together, the “Service”).

By accessing or using Grantify.ae, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Grantify is a platform that connects students, parents, schools, and universities to help students discover study options, scholarships, and offers.

By using Grantify, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old; or
• You are under 18 and have permission from a parent/guardian or school counselor to use the platform.
• You have the authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of an institution (e.g., a school or university).
• If you use Grantify on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

To use parts of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Keep your login details secure and not share them with others.
• Tell us immediately if you think your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or close your account if we suspect misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

Grantify:

• Helps students discover universities, courses, and scholarships.
• Allows universities and partners to present offers and information.
• Provides tools to compare options based on your profile and preferences.

Grantify does not:

• Guarantee admission to any university or program.
• Guarantee any scholarship, discount, or financial support.
• Make decisions on behalf of universities, schools, or governments.
• Provide immigration, visa, or legal advice.

All admissions, scholarships, and final decisions are made by the universities or relevant institutions, not by Grantify.

We aim to keep information (fees, scholarships, deadlines, eligibility, etc.) accurate and up to date, but:

• Data may be provided directly by universities, schools, or partners.
• Details (fees, scholarships, entry requirements) can change at any time.

You are responsible for double-checking critical information directly with the institution before making decisions. Grantify is not responsible for losses caused by outdated, incorrect, or incomplete information on the platform.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload false, misleading, or incomplete information about yourself or others.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.
• Use bots, scraping tools, or similar methods to copy or extract data without our consent.
• Upload harmful content (malware, viruses, etc.) or offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content.

We may remove any content that we believe breaches these Terms.

If you are a university, school, agent, or partner, you agree that:

• Information you provide (programs, fees, scholarships, requirements, contact details) is accurate and kept up to date.
• You have the rights to share the content, logos, and data you upload.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and advertising rules.

Grantify may display your name, logo, and information on the platform and in marketing materials, in line with any separate agreements we sign with you.

At this stage, parts of Grantify may be free to students and parents. In the future, we may introduce paid features or services.

• If any fees apply, we will clearly show them before you confirm payment.
• All prices, billing cycles, and payment terms will be described in the relevant offer or subscription plan.
• You are responsible for any bank or card charges from your provider.

For universities and partners, pricing and commercial terms are usually governed by separate contracts or order forms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed contract, the contract will usually prevail.

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you agree that:

• We may collect and process your data to provide and improve the Service.
• We may share limited data with universities, schools, and partners to help match you with opportunities, in line with the Privacy Policy.
• You will only submit personal data for which you have the right to share (for example, do not upload someone else’s data without permission).

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before using Grantify.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Grantify owns or is licensed to use all rights in the platform, including software, design, logos, content, and branding.
• You may use the platform only for your personal or internal business use, in line with these Terms.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.
• Use our name, logo, or brand without our prior written permission.
• Use any content from Grantify for commercial purposes unless we agree in writing.

You keep ownership of any content you upload, but by uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and share it as needed to operate the Service.

Grantify may contain links to or integrations with university websites, payment providers, government portals, and other third-party services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for:

• Their content
• Their policies
• Their actions or failures

Your use of third-party sites and services is at your own risk and may be subject to their own terms and policies.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we:

• Do not promise that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
• Do not guarantee any particular outcome (admission, visa, scholarship, or job).
• Do not provide professional legal, financial, immigration, or educational counselling advice. You should seek independent advice when making important decisions.

To the extent allowed by law, Grantify and its owners, directors, employees, and partners are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Loss of opportunity, scholarships, offers, or admissions.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Errors or changes in university or scholarship information.

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability to you will be limited to:

• The amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months for using the Service; or
• If you have not paid us, a maximum of USD 100 (or equivalent).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Grantify harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You breach these Terms.
• We suspect fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• We decide to withdraw or modify the Service.

You may stop using Grantify at any time. Some obligations (for example, relating to intellectual property, liability, and indemnity) will continue even after termination.

We may update the platform and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top.

If you continue to use the Service after changes are posted, you are agreeing to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
